Executive Coaching

My journey into coaching grew out of leadership, not away from it. For many years, I worked in senior global roles, leading complex, federated organisations through change and transformation. In those environments, I saw first-hand that the biggest challenges leaders face are rarely technical. They are human: decision-making under pressure, navigating ambiguity, influencing others, and staying grounded while carrying responsibility.

Coaching became a natural evolution of that experience. Not as another way to advise or direct, but as a way to create space—for thinking, reflection and better choices.

As a coach, I bring a calm and grounded presence. I work with leaders who are used to being decisive, capable and accountable, yet recognise the value of slowing down to gain clarity. Clients often tell me that our conversations help them step out of urgency, see situations more clearly, and think more strategically about their next move.

My coaching style is thoughtful, structured and pragmatic. I use proven frameworks such as GROW, solution-focused coaching and Gestalt awareness, combined with creative techniques where they add depth. These are integrated into my own LE VELO coaching model, which balances reflection with momentum. I focus on what truly matters to the client—values, context and impact—while supporting practical progress.

I believe leaders are resourceful and capable. My role is not to provide answers, but to ask the questions that unlock insight, choice and ownership. I challenge when it is useful, always with respect, and I pay close attention to pace, endings and sustainable outcomes.

Ethics and trust sit at the centre of my practice. I contract clearly, work within professional boundaries, and remain mindful of the organisational systems in which leaders operate. This allows coaching to be both safe and effective, particularly in senior and sensitive contexts.

Ultimately, how I coach reflects who I am: calm, curious, experienced and human. I help senior leaders think more clearly, act more intentionally, and move forward in ways that are both effective and aligned.
